RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for full priced items purchased online within 30 days of receipt of goods. Item/s must be returned in the original condition - Items have not been used, washed or damaged.

Please note purchases made during SALE PERIODS or purchased using a SALES PROMO CODE, are final sales and not eligible for return under any circumstance - unless approved by the Kate James Studios team.

The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to Kate James Studios are at your own expense. Including shipping of the new exchanged item to you.

To request return of a product:

- Please email hello@katejamesstudios.com and include your order number and the name the order was placed under.

 - Once the return has been confirmed you have five business days to send the item back to us - where this timeframe is not met, we reserve the right to cancel/reject your return. Returns postmarked outside this time frame are subject to rejection. No returns will be accepted if they haven't been approved by our Kate James team prior to sending them back.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and issue your refund, minus shipping costs, via original payment method, within four business days.

Should your return not meet our criteria we will communicate this with you directly via email.

 FAULTY ITEMS

All products are checked prior to posting. Should a product be faulty Kate James will replace the goods. You have up to 24hrs of receipt of goods to notify us about an issue with your purchase along with a photo of the fault.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. You will need to return the item in otherwise original condition.

PLEASE NOTE

Please be mindful when purchasing online as colours may vary from screen to product purchased. Swatch colours are available to request prior to purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s and in an undamaged condition.
